Robbie serves as Director of Network Development at InspireNInnovate Community Solutions, where she leads strategic partnership expansion, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative growth initiatives across Chicago and surrounding communities.

 

In this role, Robbie is responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with schools, workforce development agencies, community-based organizations, faith institutions, and corporate partners. She strengthens referral pipelines, builds employer engagement pathways, and identifies strategic alliances that expand access to youth workforce training, violence prevention services, and community-based programming.

 

Robbie brings a strong background in relationship management, community outreach, and strategic coordination. Her approach centers on sustainable growth, intentional collaboration, and network infrastructure development. She works to ensure that InspireNInnovate’s programs are integrated into broader community ecosystems rather than operating in isolation.
