InspireNInnovate Community Solutions exists to prevent and interrupt community violence by stabilizing youth and young adults through trauma-informed support, mentorship, and opportunity-building pathways that strengthen safety, health, and long-term economic wellbeing in historically disinvested communities.

Our Story
Founded by Mary Garner and Jae’Da Miller, InspireNInnovate Community Solutions was born from a shared belief that sustainable change begins within the community.
What started as a small grassroots effort has grown into a powerful movement across the Chicagoland area. We are connecting residents, schools, and organizations through health education, workforce development, and violence prevention programs.
Our founders saw the need for more than just conversations about change. They built a nonprofit that acts: bringing public health, innovation, and compassion together to drive measurable impact.
