Mary Garner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of InspireNInnovate Community Solutions, an Illinois-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing youth empowerment, workforce readiness, and community-centered innovation.

As CEO, Ms. Garner provides strategic vision, executive oversight, and long-term organizational direction. She leads high-level partnerships, community engagement strategy, and sustainability planning while ensuring that InspireNInnovate remains aligned with its mission to strengthen communities through education, economic empowerment, and structured opportunity pathways.

Ms. Garner founded InspireNInnovate Community Solutions to address systemic gaps affecting underserved communities — particularly in the areas of financial literacy, workforce access, and youth development. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowerment through knowledge, strategic planning, and sustainable community investment.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Ms. Garner brings professional experience as a licensed life insurance professional, where she has helped individuals and families build financial protection strategies and long-term stability plans. Her background in financial services informs her commitment to economic empowerment and generational wealth education within community programming.
