Jae’Da Miller serves as Co-Founder and COO of InspireNInnovate Community Solutions, an Illinois-based nonprofit organization focused on youth workforce development, violence prevention strategy, and health equity advancement.
As Executive Director, Ms. Miller is responsible for organizational governance, fiscal oversight, strategic planning, program implementation, and regulatory compliance. She provides executive leadership across all operational domains, including budget management, data reporting systems, partnership development, grant compliance, and performance evaluation.
Ms. Miller holds advanced academic training in public health and cybersecurity management, with graduate-level specialization in injury and violence prevention, program evaluation, health education, and data analytics. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to integrate technology infrastructure, outcome measurement frameworks, and workforce alignment strategies into community-based programming.
